Tuition & Fees

Tuition Policies

• Registration Fee: A non-refundable Registration Fee of $35 per student is due prior to the first dance class.
• Refunds: There are NO REFUNDS for missed or cancelled classes; however, classes may be made-up.

• Make Up Policy: CPA has an unlimited make-up policy. Students must be currently enrolled in a session in order to use makeups (ex. you cannot drop classes in December and use your makeups in January).

  • Make ups will stay on your account for 1 year. 

  • Please schedule make-up classes using your online account. This will be listed under your classes - attendance. If you have questions or for last minute notifications please notify the office as soon as possible.

  • Make-up space is not guaranteed and is on a first come first serve basis.

  • Absences can not be credited towards future tuition.

  • We DO NOT guarantee the same teacher, time, or student ratio for group lesson make-ups.

  • Make-ups cannot be rescheduled, we DO NOT make-up a make-up.

  • Students must be enrolled in the current session in order to use their make-ups.

  • Make-ups are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Tuition:
• • Tuition is based on 9 installments, regardless if a month has 3, 4 or 5 classes.
  • September & June are pro-rated.
  • Monthly tuition is based on how many hours per week a student studies at CPA.
• Payments: Each family must keep a credit card or checking account (EFT) on file for monthly tuition payments.
  • Your tuition will be deducted from your account on the first of the month. Our office staff will be happy to guide you through the Credit Card/EFT process.
  • If you prefer to pay by a different payment method (cash/check) and if tuition has not been received by the 10th of the month we will charge your account on file.
• Late Fees: If a payment is not able to be processed by the 10th of the month, a $10 late fee will be applied to your account.
• Add/Drop Policy: Students may add or drop classes at anytime throughout the year.
• To stop payment or withdraw from a class please notify us by the 20th of the month prior so we can stop your auto-payments.
• Refund Policy: TUITION IS NON REFUNDABLE. When applicable, a credit will be issued and is valid for one year.

2023-2024 Tuition

• Pre-School, Pre-K, Kindergarten Combos
  • A 45 minute class = $70 per month
  • Every hour after the first hour is billed at a 50% discount
• Dance & Acro
  • A 45 minute class = $66 per month
  • A 1 hour class = $75 per month
  • Every hour after the first hour is billed at a 50% discount
  • Unlimited classes = $425 per month
• Adult Dance 
  • Adult classes follow the same tuition structure for individual classes listed above.
  • Unlimited Adult Dance and Fitness classes are $125 per month. (You can combine fitness and dance for as many classes as you want!)
  • Adults, if you have a student currently enrolled, the unlimited adult dance and fitness tuition is only $75 per month!
  • College student specials: unlimited adult dance classes for $75 per month! 

Family Discounts & Annual Payment Option

• Family Discounts: Family discounts apply to immediate family members only. First family member pays full price, 2nd family member receives a 10% discount, each additional family member receives a 15% discount.
• Annual Payments: A 10% discount will be applied to a one-time annual payment if paid by cash or check; The discount will be 8% if paid by credit card.
  • This payment must be received by September 30th.
  • Pre-paid tuition will NOT be refunded if a child drops a class throughout the year. Please make sure your child will stay with their selected classes through June if you want to do a yearly payment.
• Unlimited Tuition: The unlimited tuition program includes all regularly scheduled classes offered at CPA. This does not include master classes, vacation/summer workshops, or any other added classes.
  • Unlimited tuition is $425/month and cannot be combined with any other discount.
  • This tuition payment is required from September - June and cannot be adjusted throughout the year.
  • If you are not sure if your child will benefit from unlimited classes throughout the entire year please do not choose this payment option.
• Refund Policy: Please do NOT pre-pay if you have any doubt that your child will withdraw from a class. There are no refunds for pre-payment tuition. 
• Late payments: Late payments on any payment option will incur a $10 late fee. A $20 fee will be charged for any checks returned to us by your bank.

Recital Costumes

• Students will need 1 costume for each class for the Spring recital. Costumes cost approximately $70 - $85 each, including shipping.
• Each student will be responsible to supply their own shoes necessary to complete their costume.
• For the December performance there is a costume rental fee of $30-$40 per class. CPA will transport these costumes to and from the recital venue for your convenience.
