Tuition is based on a 9-month calendar year (minimum 30 classes/year) from September through May. There are NO REFUNDS for missed classes; however, they may be made-up within 2 WEEKS of the absence. Yearly payments will recieve a 10% discount, and may be paid with cash or check only (no credit cards for discounted payments). Monthly tuition may be paid with cash, check, automatic withdrawal plan, or credit card only. Payments made by personal check (other than year payments) must be made every 3 months (September, December, & March).
The rates above are not adjusted from classes cancelled due to holidays, inclement weather or other uncontrollable circumstances. Likewise, there is NO EXTRA CHARGE for months that have 5 classes. Cancelled classes will be made up at the teacher's discretion. When in doubt, please call the studio 1 hour prior to your scheduled class to see if you class
is cancelled.
DISCOUNTED PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Please do NOT pre-pay if you have any doubt that your child will withdraw from a class.
Should you decide to withdraw, the Center for the Performing Arts requires a withdrawal form (or other acceptable notice in
writing)before the 1st of the month to withdraw the current student and allow another to join. Therefore, you will be responsible
for the current months tuition installment unless a withdrawal form is recieved.
Late payments on any payment option will incur a $10 late fee after the 10th of the month. A $20 fee will be charged for any checks returned to us by your bank. |
Family Discounts: Family discounts apply to immediate family members only, and must be paid on the first student's first class of the month. First family member pays full price, 2nd family member receives a 10% discount, each additional family member receives a 15% discount.
